clean room convenient connections wide selection
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable (i slept very well). the hotel is near train and tram connections. I found it easy to get around. the breakfast had a wide selection. I enjoyed the coffee.
I noticed some hair in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was acceptable.

broken air conditioning persistent street noise
the breakfast was acceptable, with a variety of options to choose from.
the air conditioning did not work properly. my room was too hot during my entire stay. the staff said the issue was being addressed, but the problem persisted for days. the street noise was also noticeable, impacting sleep quality.

I stayed in a beautiful twin room. The room included a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. THE breakfast had a wide selection of fresh items and hot dishes.
The tv occasionally turned on during the night at a loud volume.

mixed experience
broken air conditioning lack of soap
the public transportation access in front of the hotel was convenient.
the air conditioning did not work and according to staff, it was not working in the whole hotel. a number of days where very hot so the only option was to open the window to streets noise instead. the bathroom lacked soap and this got resolved after complaining twice.
